THEY ARE IN BIG JOHN'S TOWN CENTER BETWEEN H&R BLOCK AND PINCH A PENNY This is the backside (North) of Cape Coral Parkway near Del Prado. I was there Sat. Sept. 19th, 2015. You could park on Cape Coral Parkway and take the walk-through to the back shopping center at H&R Block (then turn left). Their subs are very good but they are served like an open face sandwich. You have to break the bun and fold it over on top of the meat. Very nice and friendly people too.

I can't believe I have lived here for a year and only found this place this week! I have already been there twice. Fast, friendly, and subs are over stuffed to the point of being silly. I can only eat 1/2 at a sitting. The other half makes a great dinner. The meat is top quality (not like some places). You owe yourself a visit there. Do be aware that it is easy to miss. 47th Terr is lined with restaurants and Heavenly is on the Del Prado side of the Big John plaza, on the opposite side of the street.

Excellent Italian sandwich. Bread was excellent, and TONS....maybe too much. The owners I assume were running the place, and could not be nicer. Not much room to sit, so this is probably mostly a take out business. My 1 complaint and why no 5 stars is the sandwich was so full of meat it was very hard to eat. The ratio was off, and you could hardly fit any of the veggies in the sandwich. Some may love this, but I like to get a crunch of the toppings with each bite. Many of the bites were all meat. I will return though....for sure!

Hubby had a great turkey sub but my Cuban was just so-so. It was more like a ham sub than the pressed yummy sandwich I expected. Also a/c needs to be upgraded...was way too hot to stay for lunch. We took ours to go

I was in town for work and decided to stay the weekend with a couple of friends who flew down. On one of our lazy days, we were trying to figure out what to eat for lunch, so I hopped on Yelp and found Heavenly Hoagies. I expected it to be a bit sketchy based on the other reviews, but thought the food sounded great. So, we hopped in our car, and went on the hunt for the heavenly hoagie. After a quick drive, our GPS told us we were close, but we couldn't find it. After taking a closer look at some of the store fronts, we found our target. We went in to order. I didn't know what to get, but a pregnant lady behind us raved about the meatball sub. And I thought, "Well, if a pregnant woman wants it, it'll probably be delicious." The cute little old lady behind the counter took our orders [and guilted us into getting her turtle cake]. And before long we had our food. This sandwich was huge. Imagine a subway meatball sub. Then double it. And... it was delicious and cheap. Maybe not the best meatball sub I've ever had, but definitely up there. I would definitely recommend this place.

Great hoagies, especially the Italian hoagies. Authentic Philly hoagies.

Tourists here, staying at the holiday inn across the street. Saw Wendy's when we went out to find a place to eat , and peeking out from behind was Heavenly Hoagies. We love mom n pop places so off we go! Place is small with a large take out clientele. Menu offered a lot of choices from salads, sandwiches and desserts. We opted for the meatball , the original Italian and the special grilled fish of the day sandwiches , and a few minutes later we had a table full of food. All sandwiches were so large we didn't finish and we had leftovers for later. All ingredients were fresh , and the drinks very cold. 23 dollars for three huge sandwiches and three drinks, and that felt like a bargain. I would eat there again in a heartbeat. It helps that the folks are so nice too.

Wow, these folks are a great addition to the lunch desert that is downtown Cape Coral! Generous fresh fillings in awesome bread. Tried the house-made pesto mayo, looking forward to trying the rest of them. Decor could use a little spiff, but I assume it's because they just opened. Great alternative to expensive, fried or fast alternatives.
